Gerald Doggett Ministries: July Update...To Encourage You

There was a time when Jesus was four days late, but He was still on time! Lazarus was dead and beginning to decompose. All hope was lost. Everyone had given up in sorrow as the family had laid him to rest. But, then Jesus came. He was four days late, but He was still on time.

Your situation may seem hopeless right now. It might even seem dead, buried and beginning to decompose. Jesus has not shown His power and strength. All seems lost. You stand in sorrow and confusion. Questions enter your mind. You rehearse your Christian life.

You have been faithful to attend the House of God. You have participated in the services, given of your time in volunteer efforts, prayed in the altar, provided help in many areas of Christian service, given tithes and offerings but now this heart ache. Why would it happen to me?

“Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.” Proverbs 3:5. Which way are you leaning? Are you leaning toward your own understanding? The opposite of leaning to your own understanding is to “Trust in the LORD with all thine heart…” That becomes your support.

The first instruction is always to “trust in the Lord with all thine heart.” It takes complete trust. Not half trusting in the Lord and half in something, or someone, else. It’s easy to say we are trusting in the Lord with all our heart when deep within we know we have a plan of our own making if God is late showing up. Is He four days late right now?

“…Lean not unto thine own understanding.” Remember that God has chosen things outside the realm of the senses to bring to nothing things that are presently manifested.

Never lean on the senses. They will betray you. Let God out of the box. Let Him move in the way He wants to answer. In your greatest fight He will show up and bring a manifested victory. He may be four days late right now!

Lazarus came out of the grave at the voice of Jesus. Your devastation can turn around even if it seems that it’s too late. Jesus is standing at the mouth of the grave of your hopes and dreams. Listen as He calls them from the tomb! He may be four days late, but He is still on time!

THANK YOU: Your faithful sowing always brings gratitude from our heart. Your seed speaks in the spirit world that you believe what God said about sowing. Remember, your seed continues working, even when you are asleep. The seed you sow works night and day to provide your desired harvest.

We are very diligent to be sure the soil of our life and ministry remain fertile so that each seed that’s sown will produce an uncommon harvest. You may use the opportunities on this web site to plant your seed. Simply ask God what He would have you sow, and then in faith and obedience, plant your seed with a desired harvest in mind. Thank you again for sowing.

Your seed is greatly appreciated as our ministry continues to reach the nations. Thank you for your faithfulness.
